Welcome to Canine Exposure!

Hi! I am Yuritzi. I am mom to the two beautiful dogs seen on this page, Luna and Leo. My work with rescues first started when I adopted Luna in 2018. She is an incredibly intelligent and food-motivated dog. After nearly four years with her I decided it was time to expand my pack and along with my partner Henry we adopted Leo. He came to us from Reach Rescue in Mundelein, IL. It was after meeting Leo's foster mom (a fellow dog advocate) that I took the plunge into dog shelter photography. Photography has been a hobby of mine for more than ten years but now I want to use my skills and gear to help dogs (see Home page for more photos). Canine Exposure is here to help dogs that have been in shelter/rescues and keep getting ignored despite their wonderful personalities.
